The whole building is fully furnished for the convenience of the residents. A big living room, 2 kitchens, 14 single rooms multi-functional rooftop. The main living room is equipped with a large table, a sofa, multi-channel cable TV (42 inch) and Blu-ray player. The kitchen is provided with complete cookware, appliances and tableware. There is a shoe and kitchen cabinet labeled for each resident of the room for their own storage. On the rooftop, there is a laundry room and the 2nd living room with BBQ space where can be possible to run events and socializing. The toilets, wash basins and shower rooms are separated for men and women. Each room has a bed with mattress, a desk and a chair, personal fridge, air conditioner and a closet. There is also a personal bicycle that can be use for each resident with separate charging fee. Spacious and well-equipped places at a reasonable cost of living, faster learning of Japanese Language, easier way to make friendship, concrete meeting with Japanese cultures and 24 hours emergency contact point & daily life support service.
Living in our share houses is not only opting for a cheaper rent, sharing expenses, domestic space, furniture and appliances but winning a richer lifestyle in companionship with housemates, having an occasion to learn about different cultures and making a lot of friends with different nationalities.
